Spanish Colonial Revival

This project took about 5.5 years to complete. I started the project while working at Tucker and Marks and continued working on it after going out on my own. The setting is about 13.5 acres which was originally home to three separate home sites. The new scope was comprised of a main residence, a guest house, a reflecting pool, an open pavilion, and a tennis pavilion. There are many highly achieved details in the project. The carved grillwork, hand-finished entry floor based on an ancient Roman floor, and the custom dining wallpaper, are inspired by a Fortuny pattern. There is also a collection of antiques and antique carpets which add soul to this new construction project.
Decorative paint finishes by Willem Racke Studios and Philipe Grandvoinet. Stone Entry Floor by Pippa Murray.
